All classes are taught in a fun, safe, friendly atmosphere and our classes are 90 minutes long to provide a complete practice of asana, pranayama, and meditation.  You can expect personal attention from the moment you walk into our inviting lobby and on the yoga mat.

Our instructors infuse their classes with knowledge and  yogic wisdom that balances the physical and mental energies which in turn support flexibility and stability in your body and peace of mind yoga promises to deliver. The traditional wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, and meditation are the primary tools we use to ignite the energy of transformational change in our students. We teach how to apply this knowledge to your daily modern life in a way that helps you create your own shift, freedom, and happiness.
