Fill out the application form below, answer the questions, and submit. Please read the instructions carefully.
Each application will be read in detail, and applicants will be assessed individually. Successful applicants will receive confirmation of acceptance.
Upon application approval, pay the non-refundable $500 deposit within 10 days to reserve your spot. The deposit will be applied toward your tuition. A 4.5% transaction fee is added to all credit card payments.
Pay with a check, payable to Prana Yoga Center, to avoid credit card transaction fees.
Pay the remaining course fee before the start of the training.

Teacher Training Manuals for each module

Required reading texts are not included in the price of tuition

Requests for refunds must be submitted via email at info@pranayogacenter.com. Attention Lisa Bertke.
- Seven or more calendar days before the first training class*, your tuition will be refunded minus $250.
- Less than seven calendar days and/or on the day of the first training class*, your tuition will be refunded minus $500.
- On the day of the second training class*, your tuition will be refunded minus $750.
- No refunds are available after the second week or training class*.
- All refunds shall be returned to student within 30 days.
- The student must return the teacher training manual in good condition to receive a refund.
