Our Curriculum


Students new to yoga are encouraged to begin with classes in our H track or the Fundamentals of Yoga course. The Healing & Restoration track offers classes designed for new students and also serves students who have experience in yoga and are focused on healing, restoration and stress relief.

Students who have a solid foundation in their practice and are ready to go deeper should explore classes in our S track. These classes will challenge you physically and mentally and also cultivate greater states of emotional balance. Classes in the S track will also begin the process of developing greater self- awareness on and off the mat. Prenatal yoga for pregnant women  is offered in this track.

Hand Mudra


This track is for students who are inspired by this ancient tradition which transcends culture and time. These classes focus on yoga as a way of life or a living tradition, and as a tool for self-mastery for living in greater alignment with one’s purpose. Students of all levels can take classes in the D track but we highly encourage a strong foundation in the practice of yoga. Without strength and stability in the physical body, mental and spiritual growth can elude us.
