Spring cleansing is a natural and an integral part of yogic wisdom – we often feel a deep seeded tendency to cleanse our body and our surroundings to rid ourselves of old unwanted items, weight and create a new mental space.

The Spring Tune Up Program is a 21-day renewal program designed to reboot your metabolism and enthusiasm for life and includes:
- 3 week commitment or 21 Days
- 3 yoga classes a week from our daily class schedule
- 3 Saturday workshops to address every level of your body, mind, and lifestyle
- Self-Care Kit (Optional)
- Workshop #1, Saturday, April 11, 1-230pm — Ready, Set, Go Setting Intention
What is your intention and personal goals this spring? What do you need more of and less of in your life? What area of your life needs a Tune Up? Join Sarah Pomaro for a workshop to get clear on what you really want, what changes you need to make, and how to let your intention guide you as you strategize goals and create a plan to ensure the achievement of your intention and start jump start your journey to a more fulfilled life.
- Workshop #2, Saturday, April 18, 1-230pm — Living In Harmony, Cleansing & Meditation
Using the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda we can learn to live in harmony with the nature’s cycles to maximize our health and vitality. Join Lisa Bertke for an informative workshop and learn how to spring clean your old habits and toxins to bring our bodies and minds into balance to reboot your metabolism and enthusiasm. This workshop will cover cleansing foods that work to restore vitality, creating a daily self-care routine and developing a meditation practice.
- Workshop #3, Saturday, April 25, 1-230pm — Sustaining Change
Now that you are clear about what you want, have made positive change and progress toward your best life, how do you sustain this change? Join Noreen Vence and learn how to use the wisdom of the 8 limbed path in everyday life.
• One Workshop Make Up Date Saturday, May 2nd. Time TBA based on client needs.
This program is designed for students of all levels and is a powerful system comprised of yoga and lifestyle workshops and is designed to stoke your metabolism and enthusiasm and make permanent, positive changes in your life.
$165- 21 Day Spring Tune Up Program includes 3classes a week, for 3 weeks, and 3 workshops and runs April 6th – April 26th. Offer available to all students. Current 10 pack holders need not worry about expiration dates of any current package.
$65- Participating Standard Members must purchase Spring Tune Up Add-On Package of 3 extra weekly classes and 3 workshops.
$30- Participating Premium Members must purchase 3 workshops for $30.
$30- Optional Self-Care Kit available which includes: tea, tongue and skin brushes, neti salt and neti pot. Kit will be distributed at Workshop #1. Must pre-register and pre-order Self-Care Kit by April 1st.
Note: The 21 Day Spring Tune Up program is all inclusive with no modifications, no exceptions, no extensions and no make ups or refunds. Classes must be used by April 30th.
