Session 1: DEEPEN YOUR YOGA PRACTICE & EXPLORE THE PHILOSOPHY OF RIGHT LIVING 

Presenter Kristen Kauke

  • DISCOVER the 5 koshas or sheaths of consciousness of the physical body, energetic body, to the mental body, wisdom body, and finally, to the bliss body.

  • LEARN the Yamas & Niyamas, the ethical guidelines of right living that are at the foundation of yoga to advance along a spiritual path towards enlightenment.

  • EXPERIENCE the 7 qualities of yoga practice that integrate the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies.

Session 2: AYURVEDA: THE SCIENCE OF LIFE

  • DISCOVER the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, a powerful tool to increase your mind-body connection.

SESSION 4: MEDITATION as a THE PATHWAY TO YOUR TRUE NATURE OR SELF-ESSENCE

  • DISCOVER the mind as the gateway of higher consciousness for inner wisdom & joy and  vritti-samskara-chakra (wheel of karma).

  • EXPLORE the 3rd chakra, the navel center, as the hub of alchemy for awakening awareness at the Ajna chakra, the eyebrow center.

  • LEARN the methodology of a meaningful meditation practice through abhyasa & vairagya.
