Prana Yoga Center offers both gentle and challenging yoga styles. We teach over 35 drop in classes per week, plus registration-based specialty classes and master teacher workshops to develop and deepen your practice. Our class styles are rooted in the classical hatha yoga tradition which include:
A multi-style and multi-level yoga center is a tremendous advantage because you will never plateau or get bored with your practice. Classes are available for both the beginner and the advanced practitioner and are taught in a fun, safe, and friendly atmosphere. They are 90 minutes long to provide a complete practice with an average size of 10 students so you can expect personal attention on the mat.
