The elegant poses of yoga may be the most eye-catching elements of a practice, but yoga masters will tell you the poses are not the point of practice. According to yoga philosophy, the postures are merely preludes to the deeper practice of meditation. Upon completion of this workshop you will understand why meditation is the key to health and happiness and stress management. You will also develop a personal plan for developing and sustaining your own meditation practice.

- The model of the mind?
- How meditation aids in stress reduction and freedom.
- Developing a home meditation practice?
- Embarking on the path of self-discovery & growth
