Seasonal Yoga – Spring

This time of year, late winter into early spring is characterized by the qualities of Kapha: wet, cool, heavy, dense, and slow. I suspect that during this time many of us feel a little bit like a groggy bear coming out of hibernation, moving a little slower, carrying a little extra padding, not quite on our game.
