I have never felt better in my life

I came to yoga hoping to loosen up and regain strength in my right arm, which has been weakened over the years from drumming, and I have never felt better in my life. I started with the introduction program and I have been a part of 7 different instructor’s classes. They have a variety of teaching styles that offers one a new perspective and approach into yoga. One fellow plays Beatles music and incorporates partner stretches. Yoga has played a factor outside of class by helping me focus and relax and shape my breath when I feel overwhelmed.
