Build strength, confidence and esteem in this developmental yoga class designed specifically for preteens ages 8-12. Students will participate in yoga and games designed to develop emotional balance, regulation, and creativity while promoting relaxation and mindfulness. The fall focus is “relaxation & stress reduction”. Young yogis will begin to explore creativity, confidence, self-care and mind and body relaxation. Taught by a learning behavioral specialist and certified yoga instructor.
