Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a very special experience. Guests will be guided in a meditation practice also known as “yogic sleep” or “effortless relaxation”. Nidra draws your attention inwards as you surf the states of wakefulness and sleep, where our body finds its natural state of equilibrium (homeostasis). Nidra creates a profound sense of joy and well-being and restores the body, senses, and mind to their natural, optimum function and balance.
