Go deeper with our infrared heated classes

Infrared heat is a natural, radiant form of energy that heats the body directly without over heating the ambient room temperature. It is ideal for yoga practice and is also considered therapeutic with medical-grade applications.

The infrared heat experience is very similar to performing yoga in the warmth of the summer sun. Our infrared heat system warms and deeply penetrates muscle and connective tissue to warm your body without the oppressive, drying heat or a stuffy, hot room. Our infrared heat classes range from 86-89 degrees depending on the class style.

When infrared heat waves penetrate your tissues, heat energy is released and you can feel the heat waves creating a comfortable, non-drying heat which prompts your muscles to release tension and to increase flexibility and healing potential of your practice.

The Benefits of Yoga Enhanced by Infrared heat

Increased Flexibility

Infrared heat deeply penetrates the body and enhances the delivery of oxygen to soft tissue. This relaxes your muscles, softens connective tissue which allows for a greater range of motion in your yoga practice.

Increased Circulation

As the infrared heat waves warm the body, the capillaries in your blood open to stimulate blood flow in your body which helps to lower your blood pressure, oxygenate your organs, and rid your body of toxins.

Pain Relief

Infrared heat directly penetrates tissue, muscles, and joints, allowing them to heal and regenerate - treating both minor and chronic ailments. Infrared heat is a preferred pain relief method of physical therapists, saunas, and yoga studios around the world.

Detoxification

As your body absorbs infrared heat, your cells release impurities into your blood which will then be released from your body as you sweat, creating a deep, detoxifying cleanse on the cellular level.
