  • COVID Mask Policy as of June 2022
    In accordance with the Illinois Department of Health, masks are optional for all teachers and students. Please respect other's decisions to wear a mask or not. We recommend wearing a mask if you are immunocompromised.

  • Online registration is required for all classes at least 8 hours prior to start time. No walk-ins allowed as class sizes are limited. Classes with under 4 students will not be held so please sign up the day ahead.

  • Our Surgically Clean Air purification system uses six-stage air purification technologies HEPA Filter, Ionization, UltraViolet UVC to purify the air with 99.999% efficiency of virus and bacteria elimination

  • Class sizes are limited to allow for a ample practice space between mats

  • Studio windows are opened daily for fresh air circulation

  • Regular cleaning includes disinfecting common areas and mopping the studio floors with Benefect Botanical Disinfectant that kills over 99.99% of germs

  • Studio props are disinfected weekly. You are welcome to bring your own blocks

  • Teachers do not adjust students at this time, but do move about the room while maintaining safe distance between teacher and students

  • We offer touchless, online registration for our classes and workshops.
