Exploration of the Prana Vayus

The Prana Vayus are the five movements or functions of Prana, the life force. "Vayu" translates to "wind" in English. These five Prana Vayus are Prana Vayu, Apana Vayu, Samana Vayu, Udana Vayu, and Vyana Vayu. Each Vayu governs a distinct area of the body and various physical as well as subtle activities. When balanced harmoniously, they contribute to the overall health and vitality of both body and mind, enabling us to realize our full potential. The practice of yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breath control) aids in balancing these Prana Vayus. We will delve into each of the five Vayus and their functions, utilizing asana and pranayama to foster a fundamental awareness of the Vayus and to enrich our yoga practice both on and off the mat.

We understand that plans occasionally change and unanticipated circumstances arise. Therefore, we must have consistent refund and credit policies that are fair to you, the studio, and the presenter. Refund requests must be made via email.

Due to limited capacity, if you cannot attend the workshop or event, withdraw 48 hours before to receive a 100% refund and withdraw 24 hours to receive a 50% refund. No refunds or credits will be given if you cancel in less than 24 hours. No refunds or credits will be given if you do not show up for an event. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
