Workshop & Specialty Class Registration & Refund Policy
How to Register
We encourage you to pre-register for workshops and special events to ensure your spot. Early bird pricing and late registration are available to noon of the day of the workshop or event unless otherwise stated in the description.
To register for an event, go to our Workshop tab, click on the Sign Up Now button and it will lead you through the steps for registration. Please note that the early bird discount is applied after you have placed the full-priced item in your cart.
Space is limited for workshops so register early to hold your spot and qualify for the early bird discount price. Events will be canceled due to low enrollment so register in advance to ensure that the event will be held.
Refunds
We understand that plans occasionally change and unanticipated circumstances arise. It is, therefore, necessary that we have consistent refund and credit policies that are fair to you, the studio and the presenter. Refund requests must be made via email info@pranayogacenter.com
Due to limited capacity, if you cannot attend the workshop or event, withdraw 48 hours prior to receive a 100% refund, withdraw 24 hours to receive a 50% refund, withdraw less than 24 hours, no refunds or credits will be given.If you do not show up for an event, no refunds or credits will be given. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Cancellation of Events
We reserve the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or factors outside of our control. If an event is canceled by us, you will receive a 100% full refund.
