A graduate of DePaul University and a lifelong learner, Lisa's journey into the world of yoga and wellness was shaped by 15 years of corporate experience. In 2001, she was inspired to manifest her vision by founding Prana Yoga Center, a center that offers traditional wisdom for modern life and guides students toward discovering the profound connection between body, mind, and spirit. Her entrepreneurial vision and relentless commitment to the well-being of others are a testament to a life of purpose.

Beyond yoga, she loves the bike paths, nature, books, and spending time with her three crazy cats.
