What Inspires You to Practice and Teach Yoga?
Sarah has been called to this practice because of its ability to heal. Like so many, Sarah has dealt with PTSD and anxiety for much of her life. Through her own practice Sarah discovered that yoga teaches people how to nurture themselves by utilizing grounding and embodiment practices, allowing them to truly love the life they live. With dedicated practice and self exploration that Sarah found that yoga and its accompanying modalities to be an indispensible practice of reclaiming and healing her human spirit. It is Sarah’s desire to be a steward of this practice, offering it’s transformative healing potential to all who may be seeking it.
