Michelle has over 20 years experience practicing yoga and received her 250 hour teacher training from Prairie Yoga. Michelle is also a Certified Menopause Yoga ™️ Teacher focusing on all stages of Menopause.
Michelle is also a group fitness instructor of spin, strength training, TRX & yoga with a passion for how cardiovascular health, strength, flexibility & mobility can all work together. You can find an energetic yet gentle approach where she loves to make you feel comfortable with her humor and vulnerability.

What Do You Like To Do Outside of Yoga?
Michelle is a published children’s author with three books focusing on wellness and starring her daughter, Brooklyn. She recently published a nonfiction self-help book for moms adjusting to motherhood and a podcast paralleling the book. Michelle, her husband, and her daughter live in Geneva and love the community surrounding them.
