Tricia Fiske is an accomplished master-level yoga teacher, trainer, and mentor, holding a Bachelor of Arts degree. As a Senior ParaYoga Faculty member, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her teaching. Tricia is initiated in the Sri Vidya Yoga Tradition, a lineage that adds depth and spiritual richness to her offerings.
Since her introduction to yoga in 1997, Tricia has been on a continuous journey of learning and sharing. She commenced her teaching journey in 1999 and has since become a respected figure in the yoga community. Her teaching approach strongly emphasizes self-inquiry and spiritual exchange, guiding practitioners to transcend their personal narratives and embrace the present moment.
Tricia's teachings center around the discovery of the heart as the command post, moving beyond the confines of the mind. Her classes and workshops incorporate a holistic approach, incorporating elements such as asana, pranayama, bandhas, chanting, and meditation.
Actively contributing to the yoga community in the Chicago area, Tricia serves as the primary faculty for the Prairie Yoga Teacher Training and conducts continuing education workshops and studio classes at Prana Yoga Center and 360 Yoga. Additionally, Tricia offers programs on the Teachable platform, extending her reach to a broader audience.

What Do You Like To Do Outside of Yoga?
She lives in Naperville, IL, and loves walking, reading fiction (particularly mysteries), movies, live concerts, cats, and babysitting for her new granddaughter, Willow Marie.
